Deante Antczak Sp. Jawna. Al. Kosciuszki 3, 90-418 Lodz, Poland ("Deante") developed an Internet service http://en.deante.pl ("Internet service"). On that page, one can find more information about "Deante" company: about its products, services and news.
Why does Deante company need personal data?
When you use contact form to make enquiries, the data is processed so that we can later give answers to the questions that may arise.
When registering in "Distributors service", the data is processed so that the correctness of logging is confirmed. The data is processed in order to enable monitoring as well as improvement of services that the company offers by means of the Internet.
The type of data processed.
When using contact form or an e-mail as a form of contact, "Deante" processes the data required for reply, such as name and surname, e-mail address, company’s name, the type of a question (according to the application form) as well as the content of a request or a return form.
Deante Internet service provides also links to other websites, for the content of which it does not take any responsibility. Processing data on those websites is not included in this Statement, but in the privacy statements of those particular websites.
The access to the data processed.
Only "Deante" as well as the company providing hosting ("Service provider") - (Home.pl Sp. J.) have the access to the data processed and stored.
"Deante" does not take responsibility for the confidentiality of the data processed before it reaches the servers of the service provider.
"Deante" can give access to the data to certain authorized agencies (Police, Court of Justice).
On our website we organize certain contests, in which full contact information (such as name, surname, address, phone number, e-mail address) is required. We use this data to send both information about "Deante" and our offers to the users taking part in the contests. Contact information of people taking part in the contests is also used to get in touch with them when necessary (for instance, in order to deliver the prize). Contest participants can at any time resign from receiving our electronic letters with offers.
Direct marketing.
"Deante" can make use of the data in direct marketing. Should one want to resign from receiving information, then needs to send an e-mail to: help@desk.deante.pl saying "Discontinue".
